Release of Liability User Agreement:

By electronically submitting for our services you (the client, venue, renter) are agreeing that you are of legal age (21 years-older) to
purchase, rent or hire CLOUD 9 Hookah Rentals, for services
and understand that CLOUD 9 Hookah Rentals, will not be liable or accountable for any damages, injury’s, and underage individuals utilizing the equipment
(A Valid Photo ID may be required-based on owner discretion).
The purchaser/ individual agrees to pay or reimburse CLOUD 9 Hookah Rentals for any equipment damaged.

CLOUD 9 Hookah Rentals, assumes no responsibility for any
health-related conditions that may arise from pre-existing conditions or inhalation of herbal non-tobacco products or use of the hookah equipment including coal injuries.

The use of CLOUD 9 Hookah Rentals herbal non-tobacco and equipment is under the volition of the purchaser/ individual/ their guests. The purchaser/ individual / guests has made their own decision to use the non-tobacco product(s) and will not hold CLOUD 9 Hookah Rentals accountable or responsible for any arising, any health-related conditions that may arise from pre-existing conditions or inhalation of herbal non-tobacco or tobacco products or use of the hookah equipment including coal injuries.
