Brand Ambassador Agreement

As a Brand Ambassador for THE HAVIT BRAND, and by applying I am agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below:
​
1. I am 21 years of age or older.
2. I am not an employee, agent, franchisee, or partner of another clothing company or brand. I cannot act on behalf of the company. I do not have any authority to incur debt, obligation, or liability on behalf of the company.
​
3. I will promote (model-wear) and market THE HAVIT BRAND products on my social media platforms at least
3x per week in the form of a blog, post, picture, video, etc.).

***Vulgar language in ANY posts, videos, etc...

4. In return, I understand that I will not receive monetary compensation BUT... receive new products monthly
(TO OWN) for the purpose of modeling & showcasing with the intent purpose of pushing potential customers (viewers) to the official website for purchase.

5. I will not attempt to sell or reproduce any company products on unauthorized websites or in retail establishments.
6. THE HAVIT BRAND, will own the rights to use any images of me showcasing the products for their email marketing or website content.
